Position Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting Integrus Architecture’s marketing efforts and overall brand presence. This highly collaborative role has a strong focus on supporting RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and interview preparation, while also contributing to marketing initiatives that help us share our work, celebrate our people and projects, and connect with our communities.
Working alongside marketing colleagues, project teams, and firm leaders, you’ll help coordinate and produce compelling marketing materials that communicate Integrus’ experience, expertise, and approach. This is an opportunity to build your skills in proposal development, graphic design, communications, and business development while gaining experience within the architecture, engineering, and design industry.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Support the development and production of RFQs, RFPs, proposals, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit materials.
- Work with project team leaders and marketing colleagues to gather and organize content, project information, staff qualifications, resumes, and graphics for proposals.
- Assist with proposal coordination, including content development, formatting, proofreading, production, and tracking submission requirements and deadlines.
- Support the development of engaging presentations and interview materials and assist project teams with interview preparation.
- Write, edit, and update project descriptions, staff resumes, and other marketing content.
- Create and update graphics, brochures, project sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials that showcase our work and capabilities.
- Maintain Integrus' brand identity and graphic standards across proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain marketing databases, project information, resumes, templates, image libraries, and other marketing assets to ensure information is current and accessible.
- Assist with project photography, awards submissions, events, conferences, social media, website content, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and project teams across our offices to gather information and support consistent firmwide marketing efforts.
- Track assignments and deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- Continue developing knowledge of A/E/C marketing, Integrus' markets and services, and industry best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, proposal coordination, or a related role; relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience or interest in the architecture, engineering, construction, design, or professional services industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines while working collaboratively with others.
- Creativity and an interest in graphic design, visual communication, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, or marketing databases is a plus.
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility within an A/E/C marketing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with experience supporting interview presentations.
- Familiarity with RFQ/RFP compliance and quality-control processes, including tracking requirements and conducting QA/QC reviews for accuracy and completeness.
- Experience with final proposal submission and production, including PDF preparation, online proposal portals, printing and binding coordination, and deliverable packaging.
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement and proposal requirements.
- Familiarity with digital asset management platforms, such as OpenAsset.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content development, editing, and review.
Salary Range
This position offers between $68,640- $80,080 per year.

This position is in office 4 days week, with the ability to work remotely one day per week.
